We customize your companies receipts including your company logo, address, phone number, facebook, etc. After every transaction, the software sends the data to the Thermal Receipt Printer to be printed automatically.
Prints Customer A5 Receipts.
We also tailor an A5/A4 paper receipt to your company that automatically prints after every transaction for your own record where the customer can review their purchase and sign the paper acknowledging their transaction.
Open Cash Register.
After every transaction, the software will send data to the cash register opening it automatically. You may disable this option in the software.
Text (SMS) Customer Receipt.
We allow the option of texting the receipt straight to the provided phone number by the Customer allowing them to view it in their SMS.
Scan Barcodes.
Our software works with any modern barcode scanner to find a specific transaction by just scanning our integrated CodaBar barcodes. Every transaction is assigned a unique ID and converted into a barcode which is placed on both the Thermal Receipt, SMS Receipt and the A5 Paper Receipt.
Autoload Returning Customers.
When you have a returning customer, you can auto-load their profile with just their phone number, first name, or last name. This will fill in all their data previously inputted including their Full name, Phone Number, ID Number, Address, Date of Birth, Occupation and the picture of their ID.
Live Exchange Rates.
Our software fetches live exchange rates, while also displaying it at a +1.5% Buy and -1.5% Sell rates.
Database and Storage
Your customer data will be stored in a Database server running at a 99.9% uptime on one of the worlds fastest, most scalable, with highest availability rates on Amazon's AWS RDS database. Your customer photo ID's and documents will be stored in a Storage Server, which is also hosted at a 99.99% uptime on Amazon's AWS S3.
Money Management System
You can view your current balance in your business through our software. As you process every transaction, the money is automatically towards the total amount and always provides an accurate current balance. Lastly, you're able to view daily, weekly, monthly, yearly spendings and calculate total expenses in and out of your business.
